• Unified Shipping Fee: Shipping cost is 30 AED (or equivalent in local currency) on all orders, regardless of shipment weight or number of products.
• No Hidden Fees: This amount is the total you will pay for the delivery service, and it will appear clearly on the final payment invoice.

Order Processing and Shipping Time (Business Days)

To avoid any confusion, order delivery time is divided into two main stages:

1. Order Processing and Preparation Time

• Orders are processed, verified, and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
• Business days are from Sunday to Thursday; shipping does not occur on weekends or public holidays.

2. Actual Delivery Time

• After processing, the shipment is handed over to the shipping company. The expected delivery time is: 2 to 3 business days for all cities and regions.

When your order is shipped, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email or SMS, which you can use to track the shipment status directly on the shipping company’s website.
