Shipping Scope: Shipping is currently available to all cities and regions within the Arabian Gulf countries.

Shipping Costs (Flat Rate)

In our commitment to providing a simple and transparent shopping experience for our customers in the United Arab Emirates and the Gulf countries, we adopt a simplified shipping policy:

  • Flat Shipping Fee: The shipping cost is 30 AED (or its equivalent in local currency) on all orders, regardless of the shipment weight or number of products.
  • No Hidden Fees: This amount is the total you will pay for the delivery service, and it will be clearly displayed on the final payment invoice.

Order Processing & Shipping Time (Business Days)

To avoid any misinformation, the order delivery time is divided into two main stages:

1. Order Processing and Preparation Time

  • Orders are processed, verified, and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Shipping is not processed on weekends or official holidays.

2. Actual Delivery Time

  • After processing, the shipment is handed over to the shipping company. The expected delivery time is 2 to 3 business days for all cities and regions.
Total Expected Time for Arrival: 3 to 5 business days (including processing and shipping).

Order Tracking & Courier Companies

Once your order is shipped, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email or SMS, which you can use to monitor your shipment status directly on the courier company’s website.
