This policy aims to clarify the return and exchange mechanism within 14 days from the date of receipt, without any shipping or administrative fees, in compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
Return Conditions and Shipping Costs
You can request a product return within 14 days from the date of receipt. Responsibility for shipping costs varies based on the reason for the return as follows:
- Damaged or Wrong Product: feelgreatsa.com will cover all shipping and product replacement costs.
- Change of Mind (Customer’s Preference): If you wish to return a product without any defect (provided it is unopened and in its original condition), the customer shall bear the shipping cost of returning it to our warehouse.
In Case of Receiving a Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a product different from the one specified in your purchase order, or if the packaging is visibly damaged upon receipt, please contact us within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt.
We will review the case and take one of the following actions, and feelgreatsa.com will bear the full shipping fees in this case:
- Send a replacement product matching the original order.
- Or refund the product value using the original payment method.
Return Procedure and Reporting a Problem
To initiate a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or the email provided in the contact section below within a period not exceeding 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Provide the order number, along with a brief description of the issue and photos of the product and packaging in case of damage or discrepancy.
- After reviewing the request, a response will be sent within 2 to 3 business days to confirm acceptance of the return or exchange request and clarify the next steps for product pickup or sending the replacement.
If the conditions are met, the return or exchange will be executed without any additional fees to the customer.
